The last of my April "Love Theme" projects for the Catchy Crafts #CatchtyCraftsCreativeTeam using Crafts4U Decorative Hearts Die & Carta Bella Paper.

Tools
Basic tool kit (trimmer, scissors, double sided Tape, pencil, tweezers etc), Glue, Craft Tray, Washi Tape (for holding dies in place), Die Cutting Machine, Paper Distresser.

Instructions

(NB: Nesting dies No.1 being the smallest) 
Die cut the No.3 & No. 4 Decorative Heart Dies together on the dark side of the Words of Love- Hearts paper, and from the A5 Glitter Red Card die cut the No.2 Decorative Heart Die.
Take a piece of A5 White Card fold in half and score.
Cut a piece of A5 Glitter Red Card to 10cm x 14.5cm & attach to the front of the base card.
Cut a piece of the Words of Love- Hearts Paper (hearts side facing up) to 9.5cm x 14cm & attach to the card front leaving an even border.
Cut the AMOUR Journaling Card from the Carta Bella Journaling Cards, distress the edges







& attach to the card front, attach the large heart, then the red glitter heart, & last using glue adhere the raw chipboard heart.
Last tie a bow with the Cream/Gold Edge Satin Ribbon & adhere with the largest flower from the Little Birdie Renae Cherry flower pack.

Tools
Basic tool kit(trimmer, scissors, double sided Tape, pencil, tweezers etc), Glue, Craft Tray, Washi Tape (for holding dies in place), Die Cutting Machine, Paper Distresser.

Instructions
Start by covering with glue and applying the Ultra Fine Glitter Laser Red
to one of the chipboard hearts tap off excess and set aside to dry (leaving the other two raw).


Die cut two of the lace borders from the A4 Grapefruit cardstock.

 (NB: Nesting dies No.1 being the smallest)
 Attach the some Double Sided Tape 100mm x 20mm to the back of the A5 Bronze Glitter card and die cut the No.5 & No.4 Decorative Heart Dies, to make the frame (due to thickness a shim may be needed) keeping the insert heart for later.


Using the No.5 Heart die only, die cut your photo to match the above frame.






Peel off the backing paper and carefully line up the frame over the matching photo.







Cut the Amour - Roses are Red paper to 11¾” x 11¾” distress the edges and attach to the 12” x 12” Black Cardstock base leaving an even border.



Cut the Words of Love- Hearts paper to 6” x 12” distress the edges and attach across the centre of the base page.


Adhere the two lace borders above and below the center panel.

Attach the main photo to the left side of the page.

Distress the edges of the JE T AIME Journaling Card then mat on to a piece of the A4 Grapefruit cardstock also distressing the edges and attach to the right side of the main photo.

Attach the heart photo frame above the Journal Card.

Peel off the backing paper of the Bronze Glitter heart insert and attach to the bottom of the main photo.



Choose a mix of seven flowers and four leaves from the Little Birdie Flower packsRenae Blush and Renae Cherry.
Adhere three flowers and two leaves to the bottom of the main photo, two flowers and one leaf to the bottom of the heart photo frame and two flowers with one leaf to the bottom right side over the lacy border.
To finish adhere the chipboard hearts to the three flower clusters.

Instructions

From the Sweet Peony Paper Collection choose two backgrounds. Cut the bottom floral background piece to 5”x 12” and attach to the bottom half of the 12’x12” White Cardstock base. Cut the Pink top piece to 10”x12” tear across the bottom, distress the torn edge a little with a paper distresser then attach to the top of the base page. 

Cut out the (My Wish for You strip) and attach the stripe side facing up approx. half way down from the right edge. Cut out and attach the “Moments with you” sentiment and attach to the right side over the stripped strip. Attach the photo a little off center of the page to allow embellishments, place a strip of Sticky Pearls along the bottom of the photo to the right side of the page.

From the Mulberry Cardstock die cut the Decorative Oval and the flourish from the Cut Mat Create 2A Die, adhere the Decorative Oval to the left side of the photo and the flourish to the bottom right side of the torn edge.

Stamp a mix of the large and small flowers from the HCPC-3821 Peony Bud and Blossom and the HCPC-3819 Small Sweet Peony onto White cardstock with ColorBox Inks -Orchid Pastel & Dark Peony, cut out with the coordinating dies, using the Stack and Store Daubers color the centers of the Orchid Pastel Peonies with Distress Ink-Squeezed Lemon coloring the edges and back with Orchid Pastel, color the darker Peonies front and back with the same ink they were stamped with. Stamp the large bud with Memento Ink -Tuxedo Black color the leaves with Memento Ink - Bamboo Leaves and the bud with Dark Peony. Stamp the leaves from HCPC-3819 Small Sweet Peony Stamp Set with Memento Ink - Bamboo Leaves and color with the same ink. Shape all of the flowers & leaves with the HCST1-401 Deluxe Flower Shaping Kit, assemble the flowers and add some Prills to the centers. Stamp the Rose Vine twice with Memento Ink-Tuxedo Black onto White Cardstock, using the Stack and Store Daubers color with Distress Ink -Tattered Rose and Bundled Sage cut out with the coordinating die, cut one onto three pieces and leaving the other one whole.

Choose and cut out two tags from the Sweet Peony Paper Collection, punch a in the top of one and tie a bow with the Pink Organdy Ribbon, next mount with foam tape to the left side of the photo. Adhere the single Peony on the stem and adhere to the top right of the photo next attach the remaining tag, next randomly place a mix of flowers, buds and leaves around the page, tie a double bow with the Pink Organdy Ribbon and adhere to the bottom flower cluster.

Here is one of my projects I created as part of the Heartfelt Creations Design Team Semifinalists, a Foldout Card featuring the Sweet Peony Collection, I didn't make the DT finals but was so thrilled have taken part as a semifinalist, congratulations to everyone who participated, there were lots of stunning creations.

Instructions

Card size 17” x 5.5”. from the Sweet Peony Paper Collection choose two backgrounds cut to size for each layer and attach to all the card panels, cut the Fleur Borders from the Mulberry Cardstock and adhere to the tops of the three curved panels. Stamp a mix of the HCPC-3819 Small Sweet Peonies onto White cardstock with Orchid Pastel & Dark Peony Inks, cut out with the HCD1-7173 Small Sweet Peony Die, using the Stack and Store Daubers color the centers of the Orchid Pastel Peonies with Squeezed Lemon Distress Ink coloring the edges and back with Orchid Pastel, color the darker Peonies front and back with the same ink they were stamped with. Stamp the leaves with Memento Ink - Bamboo Leaves and color with the same ink. Shape all of the flowers & leaves with the HCST1-401 Deluxe Flower Shaping Kit, assemble the flowers and add some Prills to the centers.  From the Dandelion cardstock cut out two of the small stamens from the HCD1-787 Sunrise Lily Die and shape with the HCST1-401 Deluxe Flower Shaping Kit and adhere to the center of the biggest Peony.

Cut out some of the decorative pictures and sentiments from the HCDP1-288 Sweet Peony Paper Collection and attach to the card panels with foam tape.

Attach the sticky pearls to the front lacy curve, then randomly adhere a mix of flowers, buds and leaves to the bottom left corner of the card front, two small flowers to the bottom right side of the lacy border and two small flowers to the top left side of the lacy border, tie a small double bow with the pink organdy ribbon and adhere to the card front.





Floral Radiance~Easel Card




Tools
Basic tool kit (trimmer, scissors, double sided Tape, Foam Tape, pencil, tweezers etc), Glue, Washi Tape (for holding dies in place), Die Cutting Machine,Heart Tool or Iron.

Instructions
Start with a base of black cardstock measuring 9.8cm x 29.7cm, fold in half & score then fold one edge to the centre line & score again.


 Place some double sided tape on the front panel as shown 
 Die cut the following pieces from the Spellbinders Radiant Rectangles set
 Attach the large black die cut mat to the base card.
Attach a 5cm x 9.8cm pattern stopper to the inside base next adhere the black oval die cut to the centre of the stopper
Attach the large black frame to the matching pattern border & attach to the card front.


 Adhere the pattern oval to the centre of the filigree frame, using foam tape mount the filigree frame to the pattern border then attach to the card front.
(NB: with nesting dies No.1 being the smallest) 
From the Spellbinders Labels 4 set die cut & emboss the following labels x1  No. 2 (cream) &  x2 No. 3 (one black , one cream) & stamp sentiments on to the two cream labels , blend the edges with Archival Ink - Pale Ochre, mount the larger cream sentiment label to the base stopper then mount the small cream label to the centre of the black label to attach later. 
 Stamp the Delightful Daisies onto the yellow flower foam with Archival Ink - Pale Ochre, die cut with the matching die set, using tweezers to hold each flower (I used an iron on low temp no steam) to shape, assemble & add a mix of brads ,stamens & prills to the centres. Attach a piece of double sided sticker paper to some black cardstock & die cut the small butterfly, peel off the backing paper & add gold glitter tap off excess. 
Adhere the flowers to the card front and one to the base stopper attach the cream & black sentiment to the right of the flowers, last adhere the butterfly (leaving the wings free) to the left above the flower, make a double bow with the ribbon & adhere under the flower cluster.

Instructions
Choose a background, picture panel and sentiment from the Sweet Peony Paper Collection cut the background to 10.5cm x 14cm, distress the edges of all three pieces.
Die cut the center circle  from the picture panel.
Fold and score the A5 White card in half in the landscape position, attach the background panel to the card front.
 Attach the picture panel to the center of the pink background piece leaving an even border
 Attach the paper doily to the circle cut out, then using foam tape mount the die cut picture circle to the center of the doily, mount the sentiment to the right side of the circle.
 Using Archival Ink - Rose Madder and Colorbox Chalk Ink - Dark Peony stamp the Small Sweet Peony Cling Stamp Set color using a finger dauber and die cut with the coordinating dies, then shape with the Deluxe Flower Shaping Kit click here for Sweet Peony Flower Shaping Basics. (NB not all stamped images in this section are used)
Stamp the Classic Rose Vine with Archival Ink - Olive and die cut with coordinating die, next color with Archival Ink - Leaf Green then last lightly color the stems and outer edges with Olive, shape with the Deluxe Flower Shaping Kit, cut the vine into three pieces.
Assemble the flowers and add some Heart of Gold Prills to the centers of the open flowers not the buds.
Apply the sticky pearl strip around the outer edge of the circle, to finish adhere the leaves and flowers in clusters around the circle.

Instructions
Choose a coordinating background and picture panel and sentiment from the Sweet Peony Paper Collection cut the background to 10.5cm x 14cm, distress the edges of both pieces with a paper distresser.
Attach the picture panel to the background piece leaving an even border, then attach to the card front.
Die cut two of the flourish from the Cut Mat Create 2A Die Set, from the same paper as the 
background piece.
Using Dries Clear adhere the two flourish on either side of the card front.

On a piece of white cardstock (216gsm or lower) using Archival Ink - Magenta Hue stamp a mix of Peonies from the Small Sweet Peony Cling Stamp Set and the Peony Bud and Blossom Cling Stamp Set color with Archival Ink - Rose Madder and a finger dauber shape with the Deluxe Flower Shaping Kit cut out with the coordinating dies and assemble adding prills to the center, click here for Sweet Peony Flower Shaping Basics 

 
Stamp the Classic Rose Vine with Archival Ink - Olive and die cut with coordinating die, next color with Archival Ink - Leaf Green then last lightly color the stems and outer edges with Olive, cut the vine into three pieces. Using the same technique as the vines stamp and color the leaves from the Small Sweet Peony Cling Stamp Set die cut 
shape with the Deluxe Flower Shaping Kit.
Stamp the Butterfly Medley Cling Stamp Set with Memento Ink - Tuxedo Black and die cut with coordinating die, choose one butterfly image color with  copic ciao's markers RV10 and RV95 apply some Ice Stickles along the body and set aside to dry.
Place a strip of sticky pearls along the top and bottom of the picture panel, adhere the flowers and leaves to the card front, punch a hole in the sentiment tag and add some ribbon then mount with foam tape to the center of the card front and finish with a little glue under the body of the butterfly leaving the wings free.
